Personally we are taking the MMS and the Monolaurin. Ramaji is also taking Colostrum as it helped him with a deadly flu years ago.
Our top recommendation is to meditate more. This way you will act as an anchor point of light not only for yourself but for others too. We also recommend keeping the solar plexus open and relaxing and breathing out from there. A tight solar plexus (Third Chakra) encourages fear and panic.

Matrix Drops (From a Post 1000 Student):

Regarding to coronavirus, I felt I have to share this information with you about a method that we successfully use against all kinds of viruses with great success. This includes viruses that science cannot cure.
It's called Matrix Drops.

The point of the method is to help the immune system recognize the virus. To do this, they use programmed water that contains information about the particular virus.
This information allows the immune system to recognize the viruses and, once it has been recognized, it can easily kill them.
