The RASA spiritual transmission is a form of shaktipat for enlightenment that is very gentle. It can be described as descending celestial shaktipat. It is from the Divine Feminine. When Ananda or Ramaji give RASA, they also receive RASA. It comes down on you and us like rain. The Kundalini does rise to the Crown chakra after receiving RASA. There are no negative effects. The person knows that their Kundalini has risen because their LOC has gone up.
